At Bespoke Creative Retreats, our aim is to provide a straightforward and secure payment process for all bookings. Below you will find an overview of our payment options, fees, and timelines.

Booking Your Retreat (France)

• Invoices: For retreat bookings, we will issue an invoice directly to you.

 

This invoice will outline all payment details, including accepted forms of payment and due dates.

• Please ensure that payments are made in full and on time to maintain your reservation.

Uk-based Workshop Payments

​

• WixPayments: If you’re booking a workshop only, your payment will be processed securely via WixPayments, which accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available).

Your reservation is only fully confirmed upon receipt of each deposit by the specified due dates. Failure to submit payments on time may result in cancellation of your booking in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

When booking a retreat, you will receive an invoice with detailed payment instructions and accepted methods (e.g., bank transfer, credit/debit cards, etc.). For workshops, WixPayments accepts:

Additional Costs
 

• Workshops for Non-Participants: Any desired workshops for non-participating guests must be arranged and paid for in advance.
 

Cancellations and Refunds

 

All cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.
 

Please review it carefully to understand eligibility for refunds, transfer of spots, and other important terms. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard your investment against unforeseen circumstances.
