Cancellation Policy

At Bespoke Creative Retreats, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. Our goal is to offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy that provides flexibility for our participants while allowing us to maintain a high-quality retreat experience. By reserving a place at our retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

 

1. Cancellations by Participants

    1.    120+ Days Before the Retreat Start Date

    •    Your initial deposit of £500 will be refunded in full, minus a 10% administration and processing fee.

    2.    61–119 Days Before the Retreat Start Date

    •    You will receive a 50% refund of your total payment, minus a 10% processing fee.

    3.    Less Than 60 Days Before the Retreat Start Date

    •    No refund will be issued.

    •    However, you may transfer your place to another person (subject to our approval and availability).

    •    Please notify us in writing as soon as possible if you wish to make a transfer.

 

2. Cancellations by Cultivate, Craft and Create Retreat

 

In the unlikely event that Bespoke Creative Retreats must cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, instructor illness, or other force majeure), the following applies:

    •    A full refund of all payments made will be provided.

    •    We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as travel expenses, car hire fees, or travel insurance premiums.

 

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance or car hire cancellation cover to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes.

 

3. Flexible Rebooking Option

 

If you are unable to attend within 60 days or less before the retreat start date, you may choose to:

    •    Transfer your payment to a future retreat (within 12 months), subject to availability.

    •    Transfer your spot to a friend, colleague, or family member, subject to our approval and availability.

 

Please email us at bakehousebespokecatering@gmail.com to discuss rebooking or transferring your place. A short telephone call may be required before authorisation of a transfer.

 

4. How to Cancel

    •    All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to bakehousebespokecatering@gmail.com.

    •    The date of your written notification will determine the amount of refund (if applicable).
