Hi, I’m Cathy Elms, the creative heart behind Bespoke Creative Retreats and Bakehouse Bespoke Catering.
My journey has always been guided by a deep passion for design, creativity, and meaningful connections—whether through food, art, or shared experiences.

With a degree in textile design and years of teaching art and design in primary schools, my career has always been rooted in creativity.
​
But in 2017, an opportunity to dive headfirst into my love for food took shape.
What started as a culinary venture soon blossomed into a thriving food and creative arts business—a harmonious blend of all my life skills stirred into one vibrant pot.
I’m immensely proud to be living out the most fulfilling chapter of my life’s path so far, and today, I combine my artistic background, light-bulb moments, and love for culinary art to craft bespoke creative experiences.
Whether I’m private cheffing in the UK, hosting workshops, or catering for corporate and private clients in Lincolnshire, my mission is simple: to create moments of inspiration and delight—for my guests and myself (because, let’s face it, joy is platter at its best when shared).
Over the years, I’ve been privileged to collaborate on women’s wellness, yoga, and cookery retreats across Lincolnshire, Ibiza, and France.
These unique and vibrant experiences have not only allowed me to share my skills in inspiring settings but have also fuelled my dream of leading my own creative retreats.

Heading well into my middle years, I’m embracing my personal truth- that life is meant to be grasped—yes, even when the nettles sting a little!
With creativity in both hands, whether it’s a paintbrush or a whisk, we can stir things up and bring our passions roaring back to life.

I met Amy a couple of years ago on my first yoga and cookery retreat in Ibiza, and we’ve been buddies ever since.
She’s not just a dear friend but also my go-to partner for all things art, food, and landscapes—not to mention my trusty London gallery and exhibition scout.
Amy is the ideal companion and a personal guide to London’s creative wonders.

On top of that, she’s an incredible entrepreneur, running a successful online business with her partner. She’s a proud pooch mum to their adorable, ever-present, Lol (who, let’s be honest, might be the real boss)
For this retreat, Amy is stepping into her role as the ultimate wing-woman.
With her subtle yet stellar organizational prowess, she’ll ensure our itinerary runs smoother than a good wine. From getting us to the right place at the right time to sprinkling her charm throughout, she’s got it all covered—like clockwork, but way more fun.
Tess Prince – Chef Extraordinaire and business entrepreneur of Love Food Ibiza
With years of experience in private, corporate, and retreat cheffing, Tess is the pièce de résistance of this retreat's cookery experience.
Having cooked for the great and the good who flock to Ibiza—her adopted island home for over a decade—she brings a dash of star power and a whole lot of flavour to the table.

And trust me, her celebrity tales are worth the ticket price alone (discreet but juicy as a peach).
Not only is Tess a culinary genius, I’m also lucky to call her my friend and kitchen sister. It’s been a highlight of my retreat journey to assist her at her own annual cookery and yoga retreat in Ibiza, and this year, she’s returning the favour (actually, she’s desperate to join in the creative fun too).
Tess will guide you in crafting some of her signature mouth-watering dishes, delighting us with her infectious passion for life and Mediterranean cuisine.
